GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 30566 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No.2 in issuing Work Order No 69/2018/F6/PH/CMOH dt 15.06.2018 to M/s Sai SC, ST Badili workers welfare society, Visakhapatnam, without following established procedures terms and conditions on a complaint with proof was submitted as illegal violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and principles of natural justice and thereby set aside the Work Order No 69/2018/F6/PH/CMOH dt 15.06.2018 issued to M/s Sai SC, ST Badili workers welfare society, Visakhapatnam and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry on M/s Sai SC, ST Badili workers welfare society, Visakhapatnam for issuing fake I.D.Cards using Greater Visakha Municipal Corporation official Logo to men and women prior to the allotment of work order and to cancel the Tender No.69/2018/F6/PH/CMOH and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of passage of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
