As per the status report, the petitioner-Kamrudeen son of Shri Chhota has expired on 19.12.2003. The report is accompanied with death certificate dated 24.12.2003 as also letter of the Village Development Officer, Gram Panchayat, Maharampur dated 29.07.2025 endorsing that the petitioner has expired on 19.12.2003 and his death was registered by the Gram Panchayat on 24.12.2003 as also a copy of the affidavit of Shri Jafrudeen son of Kamrudeen deposing that his father has expired on 19.12.2003.
