Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 358/2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka.
3. On 23.08.2023, the vehicle of the informant parked outside his house was stolen away by unknown thieves.
4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 358/2024.
