2/15.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioners and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with complaint case No.1810 of 2023, cognizance has been taken under section 467 of IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the complaint case has been filed alleging that the petitioner has sold the land of the complainant. However, he submits that both are agnates and the petitioners have not forged any document to sale the land in question.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the matter is arising out of complaint case.
5. Considering that the matter is arising out of complaint case and it has been pointed out that the petitioners and complainant are agnates and the forgery has been denied. In that view of the matter, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release

the petitioners on such terms and condition or sureties, the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
6. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
