This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I- Issue a Writ Order or Direction in nature of certiorari quashing the the order dated 29.11.2024 passed by the respondent No. 3 and order dated 14.08.2023 passed by the respondent No. 4. II- Issue a Writ Order or Direction in nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authority to not to interfere the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in dispute." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the orders impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
