The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No.262 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur. On 19.03.2025, at about 1:00 p.m., the informant was waylaid by unknown persons near water tank, Siktiya More. The accused persons looted his mobile phone and Rs. 28,180/-. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Purnima Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur or her successor, in connection with Sarath P.S.
