(147, 148, 149, 307, 506 and 504 of I.P.C.), Police Station- Rakabganj, District- Agra, as well as cognizance/ summoning order 20.02.2025 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Agra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file an appropriate application/ regular bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
