The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of show cause notice dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) whereby she has been called upon to show cause as to why action should not be taken against her. 2. The petitioner claims that she has filed reply to show cause notice as well as representation to higher authorities but to no avail. Neither the Chairman of the Department is passing order nor higher authorities are looking into the grievance. 3. Mr. Subhash Ahuja, Advocate, who on advance notice is present in court, submits that as per his instructions, the matter has been referred to Standing Committee to resolve the dispute.
