The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner filed WP.No.38493 of 2013 subsequent to filing the present writ petition and the WP.No.38493 of 2013 was dismissed by this Court on 08.01.2025. In the present writ petition the petitioner has challenged the memo dated 31.10.2012, whereby, the respondents issued a show cause notice calling upon the 2 petitioner to explain as to why he should be placed under suspension. 3. The petitioner was charged of misconduct of producing bogus educational certificates at the time of joining. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel that in pursuance of the impugned proceedings, the petitioner was terminated from service and the petitioner filed the WP.No.38493 of 2013 seeking reinstatement and also consequential benefits and the said writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 08.01.2025. 4. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as the cause in the writ petition does not survive. There shall be no order as to costs.
