S V RAMANA The Court made the following Order: The present Writ Petition has been instituted by invoking the powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following main relief:- “……to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proceedings No PA/9547/2016 2 KKD dt 23 03 2016 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal arbitrary void and against to the principles of natural justice and pass….” 2. At the time of admission, this Hon’ble Court on 13.03.2016 pleased to pass the following Interim Order: “There shall be interim suspension as prayed for. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from holding and proceedings with the enquiry, in accordance with law.” 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 jointly reported that by virtue of interim order dated 13.03.2016, the petitioner was taken into service and as such, as of today the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive. 4. Recording the submission of learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
