The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner against order dated 15.05.2017 passed by the learned Family Court, Jhunjhunu in Case No.41/16, whereby interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.4000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2000/- to each of the children was awarded. 2. In compliance thereof, one letter dated 24.09.2025 has been sent by the Family Court, Jhunjhunu apprising this Court that the main application has been disposed of by the learned Family Court, Jhunjhunu vide order dated 12.09.2017. 4.
