This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the respondent No.3 in Case No. 14582 of 2024 (Computerize Case No. T202414360114582) (Lalsu Vs. Gram Panchayat and others) Under Section 144 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No.4 to this writ petition). ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the parties to maintain the status quo over the property as Gata No.786 Area 0.127 hectare situated in village- Sidhai, Pargana- Anguli, Tehsil-Shahganj, District-Jaunpur." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
