The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghaghra PS Case No.91 of 2025, for offence registered under section 329(4), 74, 75(1) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegation of forcefully entering into the house of the informant is of 16.04.2025 and 18.04.2025 whereas the FIR has been lodged on 01.09.2025. He submits that false allegation of molestation has been made against the petitioner due to enmity as the petitioner and the informant are the co-villagers. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of entering into the house and outraging the modesty. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that the alleged occurrence is said to be of 16.04.2025 and 18.04.2025 and the FIR has been lodged on 01.09.2025, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra PS Case No.91 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
