(Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief: “ i. That the respondents may be ordered to fix pay of the petitioner on notional basis w.e.f. 1.1.2002, the date from which work charge status has been granted to the petitioner.” 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. Anil Kumar, Advocate vice Mr. Janesh Mahajan, Advocate, states that order of pay fixation, if not already passed/issued, shall be issued expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to issue/pass order of pay fixation, expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks.
