Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that immediately after the writ petition was preferred, a criminal case has been registered being Dhaniakhali PS Case No. 274/2025. Learned advocate for the State submits a report. In view of the police authorities having taken steps, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. If the petitioner is facing inconveniences because of the FIR at the behest of any of the parties, appropriate application be taken out before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the issue. With the aforesaid observations WPA 19535 of 2025 is disposed of. 2 Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report (without enclosures) be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
