The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Meerut, to decide the Criminal Case No. 10081 of 2022 (State v. Shubhpreet and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 55 of 2022, under Sections 420, 406 of IPC, P.S. Hastinaupur, District Meerut, within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
