This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of the FIR No.216/2016 registered at Police Station Samod, Jaipur (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A of IPC. 2. On 16.04.2019, the Coordinate Bench of this Court directed learned Public Prosecutor to procure the latest factual report. 3.
