The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2024, for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi. On 28.06.2024 at about 3:30 p.m., robbery was committed in the shop of D.P. Jewelers at Birsa Chowk, Jagarnathpur, Ranchi. Robbers looted jewelries from there. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliyaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
