(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of criminal complaint No. SC 10 dated 01.08.2017 filed under Sections 307, 363, 511, 506 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (hereinafter to be referred as ‘IPC’) titled as Amandeep Singh Vs. Subeg Singh and Others and summoning order dated 15.12.2016 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran vide which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial for offences under Sections 307, 363, 511, 506 and 120-B of IPC and further for quashing all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the petitioners have been acquitted by learned trial Court vide judgment dated 03.03.2020. Photocopy of the said judgment is placed on record. Same be tagged at the appropriate place. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
