All these Bail Applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, all these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common
order. Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 127(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. On 21.09.2024, at about 07:00 P.M., the petitioners along with co- accused persons intercepted the brother of the informant namely, Mithu Sheikh and assaulted him, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioners. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Manjarul Sk has been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 5532 of 2025. Learned A.P.Ps. have opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur, in connection with Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024.
