ORDER: This criminal petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner-accused No. 6 seeking to release him on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 774 of 2023 of Ongole Taluk Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC. 2. Heard Sri V.R.Machavaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 6, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 3. It is alleged by the prosecution that the petitioner is involved in creating fake sale deeds with the help of fake title deeds, fake birth and death certificates and fake rubberstamps. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-accused No. 6 submits that the allegation made against the petitioner-accused No. 6 is that he stood as a witness in the so called fake documents and as such, he has nothing to do with the alleged fake documents. €= -I i _i Q --..Y,==ZSg|

5. On the other hand, learned Additional PublI-C Prosecutor also confirms that the petitioner-accused No. 6 stood as a witness. 6. In view of the above facts and cI'rCumStanCeS Of the case, this Court is inclined to grant antI'CiPatOry baI'l tO the Petitl-Oner- accused No. 6 with certain conditl-ons. 7. The petitioner-accused No. 6 is, therefore, directed to surrender before the station House Officer, Ongole Taluk Police Station, prakasam District, within a period of two weeks from today. On such surrender, the petitioner-accused No. 6 is ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs|20,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House OffI-Cer, Ongole Taluk Police Station. After release, the petitioner-accused No. 6 is directed to report before the Station House OffI-Cer, Ongole Taluk Poll-Ce Station, once in a week /,a, on every Monday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for a period of three months. The petitioner-accused No. 6 is also directed to cooperate with the investigating ageney and not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. +i- c<\>
