Case No. 09 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 69, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 24 years. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for last two years. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, in connection with Nagar Untari Mahila P.S.
