The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025, for the offence under Section 309(6) of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Singhbhum West at Chaibasa. On 01.09.2025, the informant was waylaid by two unknown persons near Bank of Baroda, Chaibasa Branch. The accused persons snatched his bag containing Rupees Five Lakhs. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph-11 of the bail application. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Singhbhum West at Chaibasa, in connection with Chaibasa Sadar P.S.
