Learned State Counsel fairly admitted that the order in W.P.No.6134 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 is applicable to the present facts of the case and the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the directions of the above said order. 3. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to find out whether the petitioners or their vendors are parties to the order in C.R.P.No.1147 of 2012 and in case they are not parties, the Registering authority shall process the document in accordance with law and release the same to the petitioners within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
