2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is not making any illegal plotting on the land, however, he wishes to sale the land owned by him within the permissible limit.
3.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions, would submit that if the petitioner wishes to sell the land within permissible limit, then the State has no objection to the contention of the petitioner and he may sell his respective land owned by him within permissible limit of land transactions without any plotting.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. Perusal of the pleadings and documents, it is evident that the
order of restriction of sale has been imposed by the authorities only to prevent illegal plotting. Since, the petitioner is stating that he wishes to sell his total land owned by him within permissible limit of land transactions, there is nothing left to adjudicate, at this stage. Hence, it is directed that the petitioner be permitted to sell his respective land within permissible limit of land transactions.
6. With the aforesaid observation, all the petitions stand disposed off.
