Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla, regarding the deposit of ₹10,500/- which is 7.5% of the cheque amount of 1,39,460/-. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 under instructions submits that complainant does not want to proceed further with the complaint in view of the compromise effected between the parties. 3. In view of this, the judgment passed by learned Sessions Judge, affirming the judgment and order passed by learned Trial Court are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that no amount has been deposited before the learned Courts below or before this Court, hence, no order is required to be passed regarding the disbursal of the amount. 5. The petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody and he is presently lodged in Sub Jail Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. He is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. Release warrants be prepared accordingly and the same be sent to the Sub Jail Superintendent, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. and learned Trial Court through FASTER forthwith for necessary compliance. 3 6.
