(Oral) Notice. Mr. Anish Banshtu, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner’s grievance is to the office order dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure P-5), whereby her case regarding applicability of decision rendered in Ranjit Singh & Ors Vs. State of H.P. and Ors.1, were rejected by the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reasoning given in the aforesaid office order has been turned down in Surya Prabha and Ors Vs. State of H.P. and Ors.2. Learned counsel 1 CWP No.2500 of 2021, decided on 07.07.2023 2 CWP No.5390 of 2024, decided on 28.05.2025. further submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to reconsider her cases for grant of reliefs prayed for by her in light of the decisions rendered in Ranjit Singh and Surya Prabha cases(supra). Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 5. In view of above decisions rendered in Ranjit Singh and Surya Prabha (supra), the impugned office order dated 07.11.2025 (Annexure P-5) is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner. The respondents are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner for grant of reliefs prayed for by her in accordance with law as well as in light of the aforesaid decisions and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at, be also communicated to the petitioners. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
