(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 17.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Dehra, learned counsel representing respondents states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pension case of the petitioner has been finalised and sums of 11,23,188/- and 6,80,720/- stand paid to the ₹ ₹ petitioner on account of DCRG and leave encashment. Besides above, interest on delayed payment has been also paid. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of.
