Respondents have submitted that they have complied with the Judgement and arrears of wages have also been given. This apart, he has placed on record a copy of the order dated 09.12.2025, in which appellants have stated that due to subsequent development, the application along with LPA no. 22/2025 has become infructuous. With the same conditions, the instant application along with the Appeal is also rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
