Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bengabad P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 308(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. On 03.11.2024 at about 8.00 pm, the petitioner is alleged to have raped the victim. The petitioner also video-graphed the occurrence and the same was made viral. Thereafter, several persons started blackmailing the victim and established physical relationship with her. 4.
