Instructions submitted by learned Standing Counsel are taken on record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus Magistrate, commanding Tehsil the Sub-Divisional Garhmukteshwar District Hapur/Respondent No.5 to execute the fishery lease in respect of the ponds bearing Khasra No.609-D and Khasra no.608-K having area of 5.2860 hectare and 3.4900 hectare respectively situated at Gram Sabha Peer Nagar, Tehsil Garhmukteshwar, District Hapur in favour of the petitioners society in view of the auction proceedings dated 16.10.2024 within stipulated period of time as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus Magistrate, commanding Tehsil the Sub-Divisional Garhmukteshwar District Hapur/Respondent No.5 to pass an appropriate order on the application of the petitioners' society dated 16.01.2025 (annexure no.7) at the earliest in accordance with law." 3. On the basis of the instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that fishery lease has been allotted to the petitioner on 9.5.2025. 4.
