The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nala P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 64(2)(m), 351(2) & 352 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that the parties were in physical relationship since last seven years. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamtara, in connection with Nala P.S.
