Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 has submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied with by passing Order on 15.07.2022. He would submit that after passing of the Order, the said Officer has been transferred and thereafter two other Officers have also officiated in the same position. He would submit that in this view of the matter, though the Order was passed way back on 15.07.2022, the same could not be communicated either to the Petitioner or this Court. 3. Having considered the same, this Court is of the view that the Respondents have complied with the Order of this Court. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said Order. The Petitioner No.2 is at liberty to challenge this Order passed by the Tahsildar, Renigunta Mandal dated 15.07.2022 bearing Roc. No. A/446/2022, if he is so advised. No order as to costs. 5.
