It has jointly been submitted that the matter has amicably been settled between both the sides before the Mediation Centre, HCLSC, Ranchi on 17.09.2025 and it has been agreed that the Insurance Company shall pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 7.5 lakh (seven lacs and fifty thousand only) to the appellants/claimants. 3. Insurance Company further agreed to transfer the aforesaid amount in the bank account of the concerned Tribunal within a month. 4.
