The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has claiming the following reliefs:- SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.07.30 10:46:54 +0530 2 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for the respondent authority to decide the representation (Annexure-P/4) and passed order for mutual transfer. 10.2 That, any other Writ, Order, Directions or Relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that vide order dated 29.12.2022, he has been posted as Assistant Teacher at Govt. Primary School, Jhanjh, Block- Pali, Dist- Korba. The petitioner is a differently abled person and having difficulty in laying vehicle to go to school. Considering his difficulty, he along with the Respondent No. 5 have made an application for mutual transfer to the places of each other and made their representation on 30.06.2025 before the Respondent No. 3, but the same has not been decided till date and therefore, the Respondent No. 3 may be directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as early as possible. 3. The submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned State counsel and would submit that they have no objection if such a direction is being given to the Respondent No. 3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the Respondent No. 3 is directed to take a decision on the pending 3 representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure-P/4) in accordance with law as early as possible, keeping in view that the petitioner is differently abled person and has made an application for mutual transfer with the Respondent No. 5- Sitaram Ogrey. 6.
