3. The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicants with following prayer:
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned order of framing Charge and entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to FIR bearing crime No.128/2022 for the offences punishable under Section 307, 34 of I.P.C at P.S.-THELKADIH, DIST: RAJNANDGAON (CG), which has been registered as S.T No.56/2022 between State of Chhattisgarh Vs Baliram Verma & another, in the interest of justice.”
4. In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Sessions Trial No.56/2022, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
