Abhimanyudu, died on 02.06.2021. submit that 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the passing of the impugned order by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool, an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- was paid by the petitioners to respondent No.1 towards full and final settlement. It is also submitted that the marriage between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 has been dissolved. 3. Crl.R.C.No.1606 of 2017 Crl.A.No.175 of 2012, dated 16.05.2017 was filed challenging the judgment in confirming the order dated 24.09.2012 passed in D.V.C.No.08 of 2012 by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise, Kurnool, prohibitory orders under Section 18 of the Domestic Violence granting certain Act, 2005, an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month to and granting maintenance respondent No.1. 3 4. Crl.R.C.No.1904 of 2014 was filed challenging the order dated 16.07.2014 in F.C.M.C.No.32 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judge Family Court, Kurnool, granting maintenance an amount of Rs.8,000/- per month under Section 125 of ‘the Cr.P.C’. 5. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the learned Trial Court acquitted the petitioners for the offence under Section 498-A of ‘the IPC’. Therefore, challenging the same, an appeal has been preferred by petitioner No.1/husband and petitioner No.2/father of the husband before this Court in Crl.A.No.619 of 2017, and the same is pending. 6. Be that as it may, the person who has been convicted in that case has to work out his legal remedies in the appeal. 7. In view of the fact that the matrimonial tie in between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.1 has been severed by way of a decree of the Competent Court, and that petitioner No.1 has paid Rs.5,00,000/- pursuant to the order of the learned Trial Court, nothing remains in these two revision cases for further adjudication. Therefore, these two Criminal Revision Cases have to be disposed of as settled out of the Court. 8. In the result, these two Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of as settled out of the Court.
