The petitioner has filed the present petition, praying for following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No. 441/2025 dated 02.07.2025 and all other subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom, registered at police station Sakri, District- Bilaspur against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 376(2), 294, 506, 323 of the IPC, in the interest of justice.” 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and further the complainant has already got married thrice and was also exploiting and blackmailing her earlier husbands, but perusal of the averments made in the petition goes to show that the pleadings made by the petitioner on board are not pleaded in the petition and he has only annexed some photographs of the complainant. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner tenders his apology and prays to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Special School for Visually Handicapped Boys and Girls, Jashpur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of the Court. 3 6. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents / State is present. 7. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
