K NARSI REDDY 5 The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4534 of 2023. 2. Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4534 of 2023, however with some delay. 3. Sri G.L.Narasimha Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the delay was due to administrative reasons and was neither intentional nor the result of any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents, as such, prayed to close the Contempt Case. 4. Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, since the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court and also explained the delay satisfactorily, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
