The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Tax No. 574 of 2025. Through order dated 28.02.2025, an interim order was passed which was operative till the next date of listing of the case. The case was listed on 17.03.2025 and the interim order was extended till 27.03.2025. The case was again listed on 27.03.2025, but as the members of the Bar had abstained from work, the interim order could not be extended. Therefore, no disobedience of any order passed by this Court can be imputed to the opposite party. The act of the opposite party which has been pleaded to be contumacious in nature was made on 30.05.2025. Apparently, the interim order was not operative on 30.05.2025.
