The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a) and 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. He submits that from the apprehended co- accused, 5.20 gms. of brown sugar was recovered. He next submits that petitioners have two criminal cases and in one of the case he has been acquitted and in another case he is on bail. He then submits that the quantity of the brown sugar is intermediary and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6784 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused. 5. Considering that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of the apprehended co-accused, from them, 5.20 ( 2025:JHHC:38527 ) gms. of brown sugar was recovered, which is intermediary in quantity and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla, in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.22.12.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
