The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 106/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 126(2), 191(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109 & 326(g) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 26.05.2025, free-fight ensued between the accused persons and the informant party due to land dispute. There is specific allegation against co-accused Arbind Sao that he stabbed son of the informant on forehead, back, hands and legs. 4. It was submitted that as far as, petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. It was further submitted that there is case and counter case for the same occurrence. It was also submitted that some of the accused persons have also sustained injury. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh or his successor in connection with Keredari P.S.
