VACHHANI Date : 11/07/2025 ORAL ORDER By way of this revision application, under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner – husband challenges the order dated 06/03/2018 passed in CR.MA No.1780 of 2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad; whereby the respondent – wife has been granted monthly maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per months from 13/07/2015. 2. While admitting the captioned revision, this Court has stayed the operation of the impugned order on a condition that petitioner shall pay Rs.3,000/- per month to the respondent wife from the date of application till the final disposal of the revision application. 3. Today, learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record the order passed in Family Suit No.939 of 2019 by the learned Judge, Family Court No.6, Ahmedabad recording dissolution of the marriage between the petitioner and respondent No.1 under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
