This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 559 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment dated 01.07.2023 in Spl.S.C.No.31 of 2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Tract Court) Tiruppur.
2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
