Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge-sheet has been submitted for the offences under Sections 341(4), 303(2) and 317(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag. 3. On 12.05.2025, motorcycle of the informant was stolen away by the unknown miscreant from his house. 4. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle, as alleged, was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for last seven months. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, in connection with Lohsinghna P.S.
