Hon'ble Vikram D. Chauhan,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay the post retiral dues including pension & gratuity to the petitioner within stipulated period of time as this Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. ii. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to decide the application dated 25.02.2025 moved by the petitioner before the District Inspector of Schools, Meerut. iii. Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to pay interest for delay in payment of the post retiral dues including pension & gratuity to the petitioner." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has retired from the post of Lecturer in Hindi from Jan Hitkari Inter College, Chhilaura, Meerut. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that retirement benefits of petitioner are pending consideration before respondent no.3 and in this respect, petitioner has filed representation dated 25.2.2025, however till date, no order has been passed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.3-District Inspector of Schools, Meerut, shall decide the representation dated 25.2.2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 6.
