Learned Advocate General submits that the decision rendered in Archana Sharma Versus State of H.P. and Others2 has not been implemented as the respondents intend to assail the decision by instituting Letters Patent Appeal. For the same reason, the decision rendered in Komal Versus State of H.P. and others3, which was disposed of on the analogy of Archana Sharma2, 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Since the respondents have not implemented Archana Sharma2 and intend to assail the aforesaid decision, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present proceedings be closed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the consideration order passed by the respondents on 13.11.2025. Taking note of the above submissions made on both sides, the present execution petition is disposed with liberty reserved to the petitioner to assail the consideration order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the respondents in accordance with law.
