Conversely, Sri Kota Venkata Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel submitted the latest instructions, which reveal that the 1st petitioner is working as Lineman and petitioners 3 to 8 are working as shift operators in the respondent organization. In so far as the other petitioners are concerned, the 2nd petitioner is not working in the respondent organization and the 9th petitioner expired. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Court is of the view that the cause in the lis does not survive for adjudication and no further orders are required. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
