The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.400 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. and cognizance has been taken under Sections 379/411 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 30.01.2024, Scooty of the informant parked near Baradwari Maidan, was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that though the stolen scooty was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but he is in custody for one year and eight months. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sakchi P.S.
