The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a writ or direction more particularly in the nature of a writ of Mandamus under article 226 of the constitution of India declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the crime against the respondents 5 to 17 pursuance to the complaints dated 2.4.2018, 13.4.2018 and 26.4.2018 as illegal arbitrary and in violation of judgment of Honble Supreme court report in Lalitha Kumari Vs State UP and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to register the crime against the unofficial respondents 5 to 17 and conduct investigation and pass ....”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that the subject matter of this writ petition is civil in nature and that the civil suit filed by the Petitioners for the subject matter was dismissed by the concerned civil Court and that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is in attendance.
4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. No
order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
